I'm very pleased with the service I received today. This is not the first time i buy from Watch Station, most of my watches were from there. However, I used a new service today which made my day.
I called the store to check stock before travelling to Livingston, a member of staff kindly answered all my enquiries and directed me to use the WhatsApp service to make it easier and save me the journey to store. The purchase went smoothly and Cameron and the rest of staff members made sure that I was happy and supported thought each step then sent me a link to pay. He then printed gift receipts for each watch upon my request.
I highly recommend buying from this store and reaching out to store staff directly if you have any questions.

The store became very busy and I asked for it to be “ held” on my return shortly afterwards the watch was packed and ready, she had also selected one which had not been displayed . excellent service , attitude and manner

I would say it was 4 stars when I bought the watch, the guy working (not the manager) was very helpful and was able to provide me with support by taking links off and on again to see what size I would like the watch!
I purchased the watch after great customer service however when I got home I realised when I put it on to check, it was cutting me. Therefore I had the links that was taken off in the box. I went to a local jewellery store and when the guy opened the watch in front of me, he said it was faulty as the pins were coming out and he did not want to touch it. I was stood in front when he checked so he did not do anything to the watch and told me to immediately return the watch. (I assume probably the pins were not put back in properly when the other guy who was working was taking them on and off when I was checking the sizing before purchase). As I’m not from the area, I had to drive 30 mins back to Livingston as I wanted to return the watch. When I came in, the manager Patrick was very rude towards me. He was not listening to what I was saying and was assuming I tampered with it. I explained many times that the jewellery store didn’t touch it and he kept saying “you’ve told me that many times”. I understand that but I was repeating coz he was contradicting myself. Even others in the shop thought he was being rude. He also said that the area I’m from is 20 minutes away however the way he said it was as if I should have came here as it’s only “20 mins away”. The customer service from him was absolutely atrocious. I was actually going to return the watch and find a different one that fit better within the shop however the way Patrick was with me, I didn’t think they deserved any further purchase from me. His facial expressions and attitude as a manager is unacceptable. I will definitely not be coming back to the store!

Bought Armani watch at full price, then got charged £4.00 if I wanted a box. I felt like walking out of store but my son wanted the watch. I have never bought a designer watch and not been given it boxed especially paying good money, It's like buying a CD without a cover. the Armani box I got given was something cheap that you can buy from the internet. I do not recommend you buy from here and go to a real shop, at least you will get the original packaging.

Never been in the shop before and tbh, was just killing time. Staff really helpful and knowledgeable, let my Son try loads of different watches and we ended up buying #notontheshoppinglist. Probably will again!
