We do like a book shop. And Waterstones have a good selection. Bought 2 books. Improvements would be more seating and a tea/coffee shop - doesn't have to be big and doesn't need to sell anything but tea and coffee.

Always very helpful staff, friendly soothing atmosphere, often like a library but with laughter... books well displayed and interesting annotations/comments. So much better than online shopping (though online research is easier and a greater chance of serendipity 😉)

love the Hereford waterstones. Staff kind and helpful. normal sections of books with cards and other diary types finds.

Nice store. Unfortunately disappointed to find no section on social health care or anything remotely similar. I would of really expect more. I understand it can be ordered but I may as well stay at home in future and order from amazon
