Rupert was really helpful from the get go. He was especially flexible for us only being able to work and take calls outside of usual work hours and no question was too much bother. We are chain, led by Jim Chetwode, updated my website recently. The service they provided was exceptional - efficient and professional while extremely friendly and approachable. I felt I was able to ask them anything (however stupid!) and they would listen and find the best solution. They were constantly available, offered advice but really cared about my views and that the outcome was a good as it could be and exactly what I wanted. We are Chain (and Rupert) stepped in to help us with the Shopify platform when we transitioned from an older centra based website.
