The Team at Sussex Business Bureau are like having an extra member of staff (and we don't have to pay NI or pension contributions!). Dealing with overflow calls for my business (a specialist business debt recovery firm) is not an easy task for anybody but Jo's team always handle them tactfully and professionally. Sussex business Bureau is a fantastic service and a must have for anybody running a small business.

I regularly get comments from customers as to how pleased they were with the friendliness and helpfulness when they made the initial call.

As a business this is imperative as the customer is much likely to go shopping around the competitors when they feel their call has been treated with importance and their needs understood.

The team at Sussex Business bureau are really patient and understanding to the callers, I will get notes with a call for special requirements of the customer such as hard of hearing or needs a little bit more time
to get to the phone to answer.

I used to really struggle taking calls and more importantly sounding professional and getting the correct details for the customer
written down, the friendly team at Sussex Business Bureau take all of the worry away and the details are clear and accurate.

The team have gone above the call of duty on many occasions over the years from a small emergency for a customer, to getting hold of me when a lorry went through my lounge !
