An amazing spacious retail park, with a wide range of shops and services to satisfy your needs. The entrance and exit of this retail park is badly designed and often leads to queues.

Some of the key highlights of this retail park include:

- Unfortunately some stores don't have a direct public area foot path access, so you'll have to cross the roads by the cars to get to some stores

- Large and spacious car park

- Disabled parking and disabled access to stores

- Huge gym (Pure gym)

- Clean and well looked after

If you plan to go to the gym or McDonald's after 23:00 don't bother, you only get 30 minutes parking, who goes to the gym for under 30 minutes? 😂 Or if you are waiting a while for your order at McDonald's, by the time you have ate your food you will be over the limit. Technically it's not a fine but an invoice from the private company that owns the car park, in which the signage is insufficient to form a contract whilst entering the car park as travelling speed limit you will not be able to read it. £100 PCN received, £60 if paid within 14 days of issue date. Better off banging your hazards on parked on the main road than let these idiots fork £100 out of you

The range looks tired, and the rest of the park looks like it needs some love.
It could do with some smaller shops to help the browsing experience, or else you go there for only particular shops and a reason.
Ie you need the range or smyths.
I'd have to say jollies too, but that is now downgraded to pet supplies, and I have as good locally. One draw used to be the pets, gain advice, and now all that has gone.
Some of the staff are still there that are amazing, but I see them moving on as they seem pet passionate people, not shop assistants that just move and sell stock.
The range, as said, is tired, always has a weird smell as you walk in, and is untidy.
Smyth is as well unkempt and tired.
Lidl is a draw, and I like this.
Subway seems odly facing away from the park , that needs sorting.
It used to have wh smiths, and that's gone.

The Range, Smyths toys, Home Bargins, Jollies Pet store, Lidl, subway and McDonalds. Free parking which is great. All budget stores but just off the motorway and convenient if you need these stores.
