Used WEX previously (Leeds) and this time I contacted Manchester for advice re their stock. Spoke with Marco via a mobile call on two occasions. Very knowledgable and personable and I was able to obtain the advice I required. I subsequently visited the Manchester store which is just outside the centre. There’s ample private parking for the store which was a huge plus.
Again, I spoke with/was served by Marco who was just as helpful and friendly as he had been on the telephone. I ended up purchasing a 600mm prime lens and from what I’ve experienced, this will not be my last visit to this store. Many thanks

Excellent customer service. Received a phone call from John Willis, Assistant Manager, to inform me that the camera I had expressed an interest in, had arrived at the Manchester shop. I visited the shop the next day and was treated extremely well by John, who was a fautless host, professional and friendly, knowledgeable and informative, answering any questions I had in a most thorough manner. Telephoned the store, spoke to Adam Bowler, who confidently talked me through the ordering process for buying a second hand camera located at another store. He contacted me once the camera was at the Manchester store and we arranged a mutually suitable appointment. He knowledgeably and professionally talked me through the basics of the camera. From his demonstration and customer care, I decided to purchase the camera, a second hand Canon R5 and control ring adapter. I will be returning to shop for 2nd hand lenses as and when I can, I will be hoping to deal with Adam.
I felt that Adam was very knowledgeable, but capable of discerning my photographic experience and advise at that level.
I left the store certain that I could contact Adam or the other staff members if I had any issue, questions or requirements.

I went to wex to see if they could price match on a Sony code that was sent on my birthday. Unfortunately they could'nt but that didnt stop Jack from taking the time explaining the differences and benefits between 4 different Sony camera's and which one would best suit my needs for wedding photography. I have always bought my equipment previously and used the rental service from wex and would continue to do so in the future. Great customer care and knowledge. Shout out to John as well! 😊
