We initially contacted Phil Ward regarding part exchanging our Nikon D7200 for a second hand Nikon D780. He answered all our questions and was willing to put everything to one side so we could travel 2hrs and visit in person the following day which we did. Phil was there to continue dealing with us. He knew his products and didn't overwhelm us with too much information and choice. We have since tried out the camera and been very pleased with it. We will come back to Wex in the future and want to say how pleased we are with the whole experience.

I popped into the Norwich branch a couple of weeks ago to buy my first proper camera, and Dave couldn't have been more helpful. As complete newbs to the SLR world we had very basic knowledge of what we were looking for. Chris was so helpful. He listened to our needs, asked all the right questions, didn't try and sell us anything we didn't need (in fact it didn't feel like he was trying to sell us anything at all!), gave us loads of really useful advice and we ended up coming away with the perfect camera and lens well within our budget. Popped in yesterday to look for a used lens as I'm just getting back into the hobby. Met Dave Bloom who made the whole experience one of the most helpful and insightful experiences I have had. I walked into the store, having been a novice phone photographer looking to purchase my first camera. I was greeted by a lovely customer service representative, Dave Bloom, and he was very very very helpful in helping me select my first camera.

Dave’s advice was invaluable and he exhausted all options with me helping me find the perfect camera for me. We need more Dave’s in the world!

I've nearly always used Wex for my photographic equipment. Phil Ward was the person I was seeing on this occasion. I had decided on upgrading my equipment, there was no pressure to buy, but he pointed me in the direction of the Canon EOS R7 which I purchased with a few extras. I wasn't blinded with science, he spoke plain English. Top man. Would definitely recommend Wex of Norwich
