I've worked with Steve and Richard for the last 6 years. They really helped me to build my website from scratch, spoke a language that I could understand (which in my experience is really rare in Tec people, who often forget that we 'lay people' don't recognise or understand all their tec speak). They helped me navigate the different options available to me and were endlessly patient with all my questions and struggles.
I also hosted my website with them, so that meant that i was working with people who I knew I could rely on and who were always happy and swift to help when i wanted to change or add something.
I am now semi retired and I've closed my consultancy business, I cannot thank them enough for their help and support over the last 6 years - I can highly recommend them and their company - Thanks you :o)
