Over the years, I've had 3 hats made by the Wonky team (2 custom and 1 'off the peg') for different purposes, and all have been fantastic.

One hat in particular was a custom design Springer Spaniel bobble hat using Merino wool. Alison and Graham were unbelievably helpful in taking me through the various options and design of the hat and the finished result blew me and my wife (it was a gift for her) away!

All hats, mine in particular, have withstood years of use in all weathers whilst keeping me warm and dry. The quality of their craft is second to none. Not only are you buying a handmade piece of knitwear that will last a lifetime, you're also supporting an independent Scottish business!

I’ve been buying from this company since it began, and I’m constantly impressed by their innovation and new designs, plus their excellent customer service. We bought some Woolies for Christmas and I was happily surprised that although one design was out of stock on the website, I mentioned that my son really wanted it and paid for one that was in stock yet he received the original choice. Great prpducts. I am currently owning 3 Wonkies. One Merino made one and 2 made of shetland wool. Every package I have received so far included a hand written note thanking me for the purchase, as well as a little goodie. Of course this is all marketing, yet opening the package always gives you the feeling of being special and not any customer of any business. They let you know being a family business that is greatful for their customers.
I am currently waiting for my 4th bobble hat by wonkie woolies. This time however it is a custom one made for Hope Technology (btw. the company I heard from this business in the forst place). Also Merino, my favorite type of material so far.
I am recommending this company to everybody of my friends and family in need for a new hat, as I am totally convinced by the quality and the Made in Scotland promise they are giving you.

I’ve got four of the hats myself; my wife’s got hat a scarf; my daughter’s has a hat; and two of my nephews are now kitted out as well!

I’d recommend the high quality and also the great communication with the team. I’ve lots of chats about orders, new products and sizing (including minor amendments). I’ve always got an eye out for any collaborations/ special editions they do too!!

I love all my wonky woolies, they are such good quality and really cute designs. I am always getting compliments whenever I wear one, but the best thing about WW is the service.
