I signed up for a six-month advertising package with the promise of a significant increase in new patients for my dental practice. The total cost for this period was between £3,000 and £4,000.

Unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing. I honestly do not believe the service was worth the investment. It felt as though there was minimal effort from their team once the payment was made. Their primary interest appeared to be securing the fee.

I would receive occasional calls claiming that things were improving. However, a closer look at the actual statistics and lead generation reports showed no tangible results or new patient leads originating from their platform.

They did offer a reduced price to continue, but I declined as I was not willing to invest any more money into a service that had yielded no return. I would not use their services again, even if offered for free.

I am writing this review to advise other businesses to be cautious. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this advertising platform.

Got a cold call, stupidly got talked into it, 15 hours later decided it wasn’t for me even after saying to the sales guy I wanted to sleep on it, went to cancel and spoke to some absolute idiot who said I can’t because it’s business to business so there’s no cool off period, work already started apparently in 15 hours when I have not even had my initial meeting. They con you into a contract and then by the looks of the reviews don’t deliver results. Avoid at all costs. They ain’t getting a penny off me. The fact they think they are doing job is beyond me, it’s daylight robbery.

Don't waste your money. Purchased a service to help build my new business. Received almost no leads/ work in 12 months, only let it keep going g as was.told told that ownership of the very average website that was built for, would refer to me after 12 months. When I cancelled the contract, I was told that this wasn't the case, and yell own all the websites. I requested the call records, where it was discovered that I was told that I would receive ownership, cue backpedalling. I now own the site, but lost domian name the domain etc, and had to completely rebrand my business, which had a knock on effect with google rankings.
Yell is absolutely not worth the money, I had 1 call in 12 months from a yell lead. Spend the money on Google ads etc. Youll definitely see better results, for less money.

Absolutely arrogant people I tried to explain something over the phone they keep breaking it never listen to you. They never wanna take the problem. They never wanna take that blame or they never agreed in Paul. We have no one to receive for one year and ask us to set analysis in our website we did and I have no click on that. It says we got a 96 absolutely wrong we tried to leave and they keep disturber and pushing us Stay. Try to explain something they don’t let us talk they want to talk What we say, it’s don’t matter as they don’t let you talk and finish your sentence .Stay away . Very sneaky and very pushy people if you get one with them hard to leave

Not worth the money you spend on it. Better to do your own SEO. Go on youtube, there are people that will walk you through it step by step. Most of the leads i got were not from Yell but from the work i did. Over £3000 down the drain for nothing.

Yell UK is a rip-off! They take your money, promise results, and deliver nothing. Their staff are rude, liars, and hang up on you if you question them. Dodgy contracts, hidden fees, and zero customer service. Absolute SCAM company – avoid at all costs! 🚨

-0 stars if possible. Do you have money to waste? Use YELL! It's the most useless thing ever you could spend your money on, and not only that it's so meaningless I paid more than one year of their membership which was 60-100 between there and guess what! Only one person ever contacted me or my team from there, (we do check where each customer comes from) After you schedule a call with them, they put you on with some people who are trying to wash their minds, not only do they even advise me to get my friends to review me on yell? Sorry, but last time I checked that's against Google policies and also illegal in general speaking. After 1 hour of back in forth with them they finally let go of my membership and cancelled but that was not enough. Their agents tried to trick me that I have to pay for another year. Per contract? The year was over but I rolled with it with hopes that it would do its job, after that heated argument the agent only said "Oh I'm so sorry" and that was it. Okay, I closed it. I thought so. Do they take another payment after one month? I was like nope I'm blocking any further transactions from this company, Had to stay for another half an hour with the banking to block further transactions, After going to a few reviews I noticed that some don't even come together. They don't even make sense to some of them.

Again, if you are bored and love to argue and spend useless amounts of money TIME Yell is the right choice for you in my opinion.

Stay away and save your money… I have been with Yell for nearly 5 years and I received a call about a year ago from one of the sales representatives, she was adamant she knew why I wasn’t getting the leads & calls I needed so made me upgrade. I went from spending £230 to nearly £500 and I didn’t see any changes. I then received another call by another sales representative (my account manager) and was told if I would upgrade to tier 3 and let them build a professional website I would receive more leads and more business however thousands of pounds spent and still no improvement. Today I received about 6 calls and not one of them related to my business. You will keep spending and not make enough to pay Yell let alone see profit. They tell you you’re getting the clicks and recognition however these don’t pay the bills. I’m now tied into a contract paying £1500 a month & I’ll be lucky if I can make half of that with the business leads they bring to the table.

Stay far away and don’t be scammed!!!
