We used zoom after going off a recommendation from and friend and having spoken with other estate agents Stuart felt like an honest straight talking person as opposed to other estate agents who were trying to sell us a potentially unattainable price on a property which their high commission of 4-5%. However Stuart offers a flat rate of less than £900 which in a world of rising costs being extortionate that is unheard of. As Stuart is by himself there will be times when you have to show the property yourself, but I was more than happy to do this as no one else knows your house better than you do and the sale of your property was actually a very small portion of what became a 7 month process after finding a buyer. This is where Stuart became invaluable. We had a very long and painful process dealing with incompetent and uncommunicative solicitors and estate agents at the bottom of our chain. However whenever we called or texted Stuart he would always reply and if he didn’t have the answer then he would get back to us as soon as possible. He was constantly chasing people on our behalf, quite often doing the job of our solicitors and other estate agents in the chain. He communicated more with the owners of other properties than their own estate agents who were getting a huge 5-6% commission. In my opinion everyone should have given there commission to Stuart for his hard work. In what is one of the most stressful times of your life when no one talks to you or gives you any information, it was single handily down to Stuart that the chain didn’t breakdown, as he negotiated with everyone up the chain and kept them informed. He’s the only reason this sale didn’t fall through. He was also not afraid to challenge the poor conduct of other agents and solicitors in the chain. Equally all of this went on whilst he had his first child and even then he was still in contact with us. You will literally not find better value for your money or an agent who will work harder for you.

We had a very good experience with Josh. He is friendly, yet very professional. When we had any problems he make us feel heard. Very helpful, you can see he looking out for your best interest. Would definitely use zoom estate agency again
